连锁护坡模具不同的生成原理

连锁护坡模具模子的原材料一般有塑料注塑成型与钣金钢模具成型两种，连锁护坡塑料模具采用聚丙烯塑料颗粒状经过注塑机高温处理注入预先准备好的护坡砖模腔当中，待经过冷却处理之后成型连锁护坡模具;连锁护坡钢模具以3-8毫米的铁板经过卷曲，裁切，造型，加固，焊接，拼装，打磨等多道手续制作而成。故而两种不同材料制作出来的模具生产出来的护坡砖却没有什么区别，唯一区别就是表面的光洁度。
The raw materials of interlocking slope protection mould generally include plastic injection molding and sheet steel mould molding. The interlocking slope protection plastic mould is made of polypropylene plastic particles and injected into the prepared slope protection brick mould cavity after high-temperature treatment by injection molding machine. After cooling treatment, the interlocking slope protection mould is formed; the interlocking slope protection steel mould is made of 3-8mm iron plate after crimping, cutting and molding , reinforcement, welding, assembly, grinding and other procedures. Therefore, there is no difference between the two kinds of slope protection bricks produced by moulds made of different materials. The only difference is the surface finish.
